Good as a fast breakfast
I was surprised this stuff tastes as good as it does -- I'm using a half serving in the morning for breakfast and the other half post workout, before dinner. Tastes pretty good in whole milk and with a rigorous shake in a shaker cup, hardly no lumps. Not really trying to gain "Serious Mass." Just using as a supplement/aid to get some extra calories. This also has all your vitamins and minerals so if you take a multi-vitamin you may want to back off a bit, but that's pretty sweet that Optimum includes that. I'm a fan.
