It can hold a maximum load of 150 pounds, so it'll securely hold your panels as you screw them in. This drywall lifter, when assembled, has a starting height of 4 feet. Good Value, Decent operation.
This works pretty well. I lubricated the rollers and rub points and it works much smoother now. Not professional grade but OK for occasional use. They ship quickly, and were very responsive to my report of a missing part due to rough handling. You get what you pay for at $114.00 it will do exactly what its made for. Would not recommend this for commercial use however for the DYI er like me renovating the basement its perfect. The only complaint i have is the yoke stop spring and latch were broken probably due to rough handling during shipment however the hole was drilled completely through and a bolt and nut replacement repaired it. Which actually made it more secure and not allow the yoke to slide or become unlocked during use. Overall value is good , quality rating is medium , However i would recommend this for the home owner for residential drywalling...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This hoist is the best thing since slice bread. 11ft height range, easy to use, and it breaks down and folds up and fit in a 2006 Honda civic trunk for transportation. Great drywall lift
You couldn't rent this for the couple weeks that I am taking to use this lift, which works great by the way! It is not so heavy that it is hard to lift around, but heavy enough to do the job. If you were doing commercial work, you may want something else...but that something else may cost 3X as much. I have had no breakage, but I am also the owner/operator, so expect a different outcome if you were to loan it out??? I would absolutely recommend it. I could probably sell it on Craigslist for nearly what I paid, but I am going to keep it...worth every penny...I couldn't do my ceiling without it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bought this sweet tool for dry walling all of our 100 year old ceilings. Being a woman, and not sure if I could handle this tool, I was pleasantly surprise at its ease of use. it works well, but use caution.

Better than renting!
