    Nice!

    I couldn't be more pleased with these! I bought 2... my water tanks were frozen except for a hole I was constantly working to keep clear. I put the de icer's in and that was the end of breaking ice! I'm happy and my animals aren't drinking frigid water!!! They appear to be built to last much longer than ones I've previously owned.

    no ice fishing

    I purchased this submersible stock tank heater because I was tired of hacking the ice out of the water tub for my horses and fishing out the chunks of ice. I placed it into the tub and plugged it up. Our over night temps went into single digits and when I checked the water tub, it was free and clear of any ice. I was thrilled it works so well and would recommend this heater which workings in both cast iron and plastic water tanks for your live stock. It is the best money I have spent for ice free water for my horses. Many thanks for a great product.

    For some reason the first couple of days I could not get it to work and I messed with it I changed plugs tried different things I don't know what but finally has started working and now it works great!

    Great heater!

    No more chopping ice...plug it in an forget about it. I did have an electrician install a GFI outlet and I grounded it by driving a ground rod in the ground to prevent an accidental shock to the horses. Works great!

    This product won't turn your tank to bath water but it will keep 50 plus gallons of water from freezing. Use it for heiffers until I could turn them back into main field and it worked well.
