In order to keep the housing structure as simple as possible, we have omitted the chamfered edges of the housing front shown in the photo. If the all-round front bevel is still to be carried out, the following note applies: The housing consists of straight boards glued together, which makes construction extremely easy. First, the individual panels (see cutting list) are glued together according to the drawing and fixed with screw clamps or packing tape while the wood glue sets. After the housing is completely assembled, the cutouts for speakers, bass reflex tubes and connection terminals are sawn out with a jigsaw. The last step is surface treatment, i.e. painting, veneering or pasting. To dampen the speaker, two mats of damping material are stuffed into the housing through the bass cutout.
