Great "estriol"
I'd figure bio identical would be estradiol, but it's estriol. Tells you 1/4 tsp dose on your wrists, thin skin, or on abdomen. Never gives a specific dose per serving size, or a total amount of estrogen in the bottle. But for it's value and quality I still think it's a great product. Fitted with a pump mechanism and no instructions for use in or on the package; I finally (after much poking, prodding, pumping and drilling) resorted to cutting the top off and scooping out the contents. Highest OTC estriol levels
I use this cream for my menopausal symptoms and it does help. This brand contains 3.125mg of estriol (the so-called 'safe' oestrogen) per 1/4 teaspoon serving. And it contains the highest levels of estriol for an over-the-counter product. I find it's best used in conjunction with progesterone.
