Doesn't even do as advertised
I've been on a fruitless search for a waterproof mascara that doesn't smear, and unfortunately, I'm still having to search. I don't wear much makeup at work, but do wear mascara, as my eyelashes are pretty much invisible without it. Living in FL, my lashes are subjected to heat and humidity almost throughout the entire year, so I need a mascara that can withstand that and stay where it belongs(on my lashes). I always thought that Almay had a good line of products, but this mascara not only smeared under my eyes after wearing it for a few hours, but it did absolutely nothing to thicken my lashes.
