Continental Ride Tour Tire 700x42c measured 37MM for me
Continental Ride Tour Tire 700x42c are supposed to be 42C and the label is shown as such. These tires measure at 37MM, 1 MM smaller than my old 38C tires. That said it's not the vender's fault at all. It says 42C on the label. They installed easily and I am very happy with them.
