Item was described and priced correctly, hence my positive feedback.
Bachmann F9s from this particular era are among the lowest quality locomotives ever offered for sale. I purchased this item based on the low price thinking I could fix it. I have sometimes been successful but not in this case. A parts swap from another broken F9 may be the answer.
