Beware of old stock.
This stuff does work but it does take quite a while for it to work. My boiler was "kettling" and after dosing with a bottle of this, the kettling has now gone. But it has taken a few weeks. Because my sysyem had to be drained to replace a component I purchased a bottle to add further. However, beware of some sellers palming off very old stock which I received.
