they have a fresh crisp taste an texture, with just the right amount of pickling brine i also buy the Aunt Nellies' Harvard beets but unable to review the Harvard beets at this time because of the snafu in ordering them, but i have had them in the past and as with the pickled beets they have the same fresh crisp taste and texture with just the right hint of sweet and sour. roger silvernale
