the alexa app is a little bit counter intuitive to start with but once you get used to it..... also a bit awkward that you have to log into your amazon account on pc ot phone in order to set the name of the device. once up and running the menus and apps seem faster than the previous version and the voice-control is much easier than typing stuff in cia the remote.
