All round good 360 sports camera with very telemetrics.
The camera has exceeded my expectations. Very simple to use. Designed to do the job rather than to be a fashion gimmick. The compactness of the camera is impressive compared to it's competitors. The app is to the point and stable. The software is also to the point but could do with a few more editing features. Much simpler to use the Adobe Premier when working with 360 imagery. Catch bad drivers in action
I am a keen cyclist and bought this camera for a specific purpose. That being to catch bad drivers on camera and have them prosecuted. Very few drivers know how much room to give cyclists particularly when over taking them on a crowded road. This camera is so easy to set up and uses just one off/on switch to operate it for video purposes. It has about three hours run time on a sinlge battery charge and can be plugged straight into your computer for viewing the recordings. It will continually record looping over itself when the card is full. The image stabilization is good enough to catch the offending drivers number plate and recordings can be date stamped if you wish. The mounting bracket (supplied in the package) bought is excellent, very light and easily mounted on to the bike handlebars. The cradle for the camera is positive in holding the camera steady and unlikely to release it unless you want to remove the camera. The wide angle lens gives excellent coverage of just how close overtaking vehicles are to your bike and of course coverage of how the driver got him/herself that close in the first place. My insurance company have offered to aid in using the evidence gathered by the camera by contacting the offending drivers insurance company with a copy of the antics their insured driver gets up to and also to pass it onto the police for possible prosecution. The card supplied will record about two and a half hours at a time although the camera is capable of taking a 64 gig card which has considerably more capacity should you wish. The whole package comes with a carrying case of very good quality which could be used for carrying photographic lenses for a different camera. Over all this is one of the best cameras of its kind I have come across and would highly recommend it for my purpose and others where a small camera is needed. Oh yes this camera also takes stills if you wish and there are a host of different mount brackets available similar to the gopro camera. This little camera is simply superb! Not only is it easy to use and robust. It captures data about its location, speed of travel, gravitational pull (G) and more. Plus if you are lucky enough to have the right motorcycle you can attach a obd2 connector and capture all the live engine data too, making it brilliant for track days. happy with camera
I've only used this once I mounted it on front fairing of bike for a day trip to Scotland. as im not technically minded i would say pictures were fairly good though all that can be heard is wind noise (this doesn't bother me as Im only worried about videos). since buying I bought spare batteries and memory card to prolong recording time.
