Efficient
I am very impressed with this fryer and have past good experience with Andrew James products. The heat control is very efficient and does actually control the temperature. The heat up time from cold is impressively quick, although part of my enthusiasm may be due to the fact that my old one had become very slow to heat up !! the carrying handles on both the main body and the lid are a boon The only negative points are that the controls would have been better at the front and the lid could have been hinged but that aside its a good buyVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
