    Add a dimmer switch installation option

    When changing my household light bulbs to LEDs, I found that the existing dimmer switch that I had been using with old incandescent light bulbs was now unsuitable for the lower powered bulbs. Newer dimmer switches tend to require a deeper Pattress (switch box). The spacer frame provides a quick and relatively cheaper alternative and I would recommend this option.

    Great practical use.

    Just what I needed. I had to search because I didn't know such a product existed! I found yours, it was low cost and very effective for the task I had. I was installing a single 13A socket with USB outlets. The wall box was too shallow to accommodate the USB electronics - your spacer did the job - actually two of them together. The locating holes for the fixing screws were very helpful in the positioning. Thank you.

    Its a 10mm Space

    Not a lot to say really, its a 10mm space for a single UK back box, gives you a little bit more space if you are tight for space behind you switches or single sockets. I've had need of them as I am currently replacing all my light switches with smart glass touch switches to work with my home automation system and the increased depth of the switches means there is not always enough space to install.

    Good for fitting dimmer switches,

    Ideal product for when replacing a standard light switch with a dimmer switch. Most modern LED dimmers require a deeper depth box to the standard plaster depth box on most light switches. This spacer frame enables you to avoid having to fit a deeper box with the chasing and re-decoration that that would require.
