I think it is very likely child's play to anybody who has had other bread makers, but to the real novice it is not easy at all. There are too many buttons/steps decisions to make. I have tried getting enlightenment via YouTube but all of the 'instructions' skip over the most vital steps. I think the machine is probably versatile, innovative, compact, easy to clean, but not for me - because I am just not clever enough to either follow the very basic instructions, not use any kind of initiative to play by ear.
