Used it few times so far. It's been brilliant. The detergent sprayer it just right. Stubborn stains on kitchen tiles all gone. Same in bathroom corners using the hand held portion. 3rd Von Haus product I've bought. Skeptical as know it's not german products, yet heater, omlete maker and this steamer really work well.
