This phone does exactly what I need it to do. I have fitted an extra long-life battery, together with a new back to allow for thicker battery. Being slightly thicker, I find the phone more comfortable to hold. I have also inserted a 32Gb micro SD card, which allows me to store lots of family videos etc. This is a big advantage over the iphone, which has no facility for extra storage. If I change the phone in the future, I will be able to insert the SD card into the new phone and keep all my video files.

Arrived very quickly. No instruction booklet but hey that's what Google is for. Need to sort a new SIM as the one I have is too small. Still need to play and get used to it

I hve never particularly wanted a smartphone as I only text and make calls but I wanted Fm radio and a music player for when I go dog walking. Paying hundreds for a new model was not an option - besides many do not now have radio other than via internet. This is an ideal size for my purpose and I have started to use other features occasionally like the camera and the internet - though I need my glasses to be able to read anything! Considering it is second-hand, the battery life is very good.

Great little compact phone, easy to use. Unable to comment on battery life as haven't had it for long enough.

I purchased the Samsung S3 mini to replace the aging and memory deficient Samsung Ace. I have not been disappointed with the purchase. Basically you are getting a hand sized tablet computer, with phone built in. Compared to the I-phone 4, it as good if not better in that pound for pound (and it is MUCH cheaper to buy) and has the facility to add extra storage via an SD card...unlike the I-phone. Personally I rate the S3 mini as well worth the money, and as it is now over 12 months old since hitting the shelves, good deals can be found to purchase under £200.
was very happy with this little phone as it was for my dad and he don't want anything to complicated but i had a problem with the play store at first and when i went online it would say no network found luckily i have a friend who's amazing with phones and he updated it all for me and now works perfect :) great for £35 i was able to make all the text big for him to see i put the old fashioned texting system on for him as well its a little quite but it is an older smaller phone battery seems good aswell

My first smart phone - decided to buy 'new' rather than recond. Very good design and quite easy to set-up. Excellent value at under £30 - works well with my ASDA PAYGo sim and microSD card. Some apps need higher Android op system than 4.1.1 but I don't need many, so no problems.

Handy sized phone but does not keep it's charge for long. It needs to be charged every day even when it is not used much
