Awesome color and easy to apply
Hasn't dried out yet - and that happens a lot where I live, the desert. For a color that I won't wear often but want when I do- this is PERFECT!

My elf gel eyeliner
It came completely dried out, had to add duraline to get to a consistency that I would be able to use. Disappointed, I know it was cheap but when you buy something we expect to be able to used it, not have to add something to make it usable
