Great Headset
Been using these for a couple weeks now and they are nice set. Fit comfortably and sound quality is good. Ear buds don't seem to be able to make a tight seal so outside noise is a little more than I would like but they are still a good choice. Buttons can be a little confusing until you learn which is which. Never timed the battery life but they've never died while using them. Has much better vlume than my older one.
I use this to listen to the radio while on my morning walk. The SD10 I bought previously had lost so much volume I could not hear it anymore. Also the telephone answer button and the volume buttons quit working. This one seem to be better built so I hope it will last a long time. The instruction sheet that came with was a totally unreadable photo copy. I don't know why they even sent it. I seem to remember reading someone who said they do not fit well with eyeglasses. I never had that problem because I believe I have always worn them upside down from the factory instructions. I really don't care if the left and right audio channels are reversed. The best thing about these is they stay in place no matter how much moving around you do. That makes them much better than headphones if you are active.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great upgrade from s10
They work amazing, the sound quality is great the only down fall is that when some one has glasses on it can effect the ear to speaker connection. Redemption....
Motorola redeemed themselves brilliantly on the design and ease of use with the S11 HD after failing miserably with S10, and it's design and inherent design/workmanship flaws. The S11 is durable, flexible and usable for every day use, or when you want to turn on the sweat in the gym and on the trail. The range/distance these operate is the best on the market in my opinion, and the sound quality is acceptable for Bluetooth. Ear bud positioning is key to get the best sounds these phones deliver, so the neck band might be useful for some, and not so much for others. I personally do not use the neck band on my unit. Nice Product, but a step backwards
This is a good product, the sound quality is excellent. But, It's a step backwards from the S-10. The S-10 had skip buttons to jump to different songs. This is gone from the S-11 meaning you have to do it from your phone. I had an S-10 prior, and would recommend the S10 over the S11.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

ALMOST PERFECT
While considering which to get, I was down to the 11 or the earlier 10 model. I wound up buying both. The 10 model seems to be built very sturdy and comfortable. Then I put them on and....well, let's just say the volume leaves a LOT to be desired. The sound quality seems to be okay but there just isn't any volume. Next I tried the 11 version. They seem to have fixed the volume problem and the quality of the sound seems to be much much better. These aren't wired quality but are very good but for an audiophile. Now, for comfort they are a bit more of a trick to put on than the 10 but once in place are very comfortable, so much so that I even forget they are on except for the great music they provide. All in all, it's a no brainer for me. The 11's are a purchase I'm very very happy with. Oh and battery life seems to be more than adequate. Not so great for music.
This is my second (replacement) one. Very clear when listening to music or online programs. Only issue is that it cuts off the first second or so of most songs. If there is a little longer pause between songs it’s not an issue but when listening to a playlist it tends to have the problem. My S-10 didn’t do that. Calls are clear to both me and person on the other end. Range is definitely further than the S-10.
