Slightly sweet with a smooth mouthfeel, the elderflower shines through. Very refreshing, slight dryness with a hint of citrus. This is the taste of spring. It's worth the wait! 7 day elderflower wine kit
Over the past 30 plus years I’ve made just about every wine possible from fresh tined and dried ingredients. Now I only use wine kits. This is the first 7 day wine kit I’ve made (although it did take 10 days to complete temperature is key in brewing) but won’t be the last, full of flavour easily made and has alcohol content of about 13% . cracking kit.
