Simple repair
After a few years of abuse my Makita drill was starting to show it's age and there was some play in the bearing. Bought this unit and it was an easy job to swap out the old one and put the new one. Note the deisgn was slightly different to the gearboc on my drill. There was a piece screwed to the front of the motor which was part of the new gearbox unit. AllI had to do was unscrew the piece on my motor and then just slip the new gearbox in place. Drill back to full working order.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
