I needed a cheap amp with a bit of punch and bluetooth connectivity for an upcoming family event. Nothing special required - just needed it to drive some old stand speakers of mine all day in the background. I wanted BT so guests could hook up their phones and act as DJ plus I wanted analogue inputs too. I took the plunge and went for this one because it has RCA inputs plus a 3.5mm jack and just looked a little more solid than the ultra small ones that do not have the RCA inputs. It is also complete with all the connecting cables and a power supply - which made it good value. Setting it up was easy, including pairing up and it has a nice feel to the switches and binding posts. A surprisingly good piece of kit with a lot of punch. The sound quality is fine for a party - would not satisfy a critical listener but for the money I'm very happy (so far!). One tip - once it has paired up to a bt device you won't be able to switch to another bt device before you have un-paired the first one.Read full review

Nice little device but some flaws. The VU meters only work when the load and volume are high - the hysteresis point is just past the mid way point so it goes from nothing to full scale very quickly. The outputs sockets are not in-Phase, so you have to swap over one channel + to - and vice-versa, otherwise it sounds rather odd and you get no bass. Fairly wide range of power supply compatibility, but if you want the higher watts you need more volts - I guess that's a no brainer but just in case. Windows compatibility ok, automatically detected on both Windows 7 and windows 10. Sound is rather shallow, lacks any real depth and has some difficulty presenting anything with a wide soundstage, but at this price that's kind of expected. Works fine as my works PC sound upgrade but wouldn't call it hi-fi by any means.Read full review

Using only one channel as a pre-amp for my powered sub-woofer, phono input to headphone output. This amp controls the sub a lot better than my main amplifier, the result is a tighter, better defined bass so I'm delighted with it. Only snag is it switches off after half an hour without a signal - but it has to be manually switched on when you want to hear it again. The lights on the front tell you if the amp is on or off.

Fantastic amplifier, bought this to replace an ageing hi-fi amp that wasn't cost effective to repair and sounds just as good if not better driving a nice pair of studio reference monitors. Bought without power supply as I already had something suitable. I'm using 12V DC which runs just fine but if you want to run it really loud may need 24V DC as detailed in the manual. Using with a gaming laptop mostly streaming mp3s and it's great for that as I'm a little short on space. There's no tone controls so to get the best out of it I'd recommend an equaliser, there's plenty of options out there. Pros: + Sounds really good, clean sound with no noise + Great price!! + Comes with cables to get started and well packed in nice box + Looks nice and solid construction + It's tiny, takes up hardly any space + easy to fit speaker cable Cons: - Had to stick amp down with blu tack to stop it moving around because it's quite lightRead full review

Great little amp that i bought for a house party. Easily handles those kind of volumes through a pair of passive monitors without getting warm or sketchy at any point. Unless you're in a large space this will do trust me. Bluetooth is stable and connects instantly. The sound quality is really decent as well with rich bass and mids.
