Works and looks nice.
This cooktop is the second I've purchased. Liked it enough to buy another after the first one had the big burner quit. I've used this for my household stove for two and a half years. It rocked! Until it didn't. The only downside, and reason for only 4 stars, is that on the bottom of unit is written to only use it for 1 hour out of 2 as a time limit. I never saw this and it is undoubtedly why the big burner failed. On spaghetti days it was used mercilessly! Docking a star because I devoured the very nice instruction booklet, as I had never used an IR cooking surface, and there was no mention of a time limit on usage.
