It works well for me.
This product has almost entirely eliminated my leg and foot cramps, and it also has counteracted constipation as well. (If you don't have that problem, it's conceivable it may loosen you up more than you'd want, so use caution and buy small amounts to begin with to try it out.) From what I understand, the body needs Calcium and Magnesium to be in balance and since we have very hard water, high in Calcium, I think we needed the Magnesium to balance it out. Whatever the reason, it has been beneficial. I take one tablet each morning and one each night. Other reviewers claim help with insomnia and it hasn't been true for me at all.
