Excellent physics and graphics!
The program's virtual Cessna 172SP behaves like a real aircraft both on the ground and in the air. The virtual scenery is pretty good, accurate for Southwest Alaska area. My only wish is for more distinct features such as landmarks to 'pilot by VFR' at low altitudes for the seasons of the year. Such as vegetation types by altitude placement and some distinctive features local pilots and residents like me here recognize and fly with but I suppose that would require photo real type scenery. I already love 'flying' from Dillingham Airport southwest towards the villages of Clarks Point, Manokotuk, Twin Hills and Togiak plus 'flying 'northeast upriver to to the villages of Portage Creek, Ekwok, New Stuyahok and Koliganek along the mighty Nushagak River. Thank you!

It has surface scratches but not so bad that it had any problems. The manual was missing but I downloaded the PDF from the manufacturer website. So perfect, no but good... absolutely! The program works awesome.
