It will do the job for the money paid.
I said it wasn't good value because all those cards are expensive & the middle option of "good for 2nd hand" wasn't included. My system isn't quiet but I've messed with the clock and that makes a lot of "Woosh!" make of that what you will. Value for money considering price of 30 series cards
