Quality from Switzerland.
A battery is just a battery, ….isn’t it? I don’t think so! A quality battery should have an acceptable service life and be made up to equally acceptable safety standards. Cheap batteries underperform and have the potential to fail catastrophically. Premium brands are generally slightly more expensive, and there is generally a good reason for that. Research, development, technological innovation and high safety standards cost money. Alternatively, if you are a Chinese counterfeiting manufacturer, you just make sure your second rate item closely resembles the quality one, and get fat and rich on the proceeds. Having recently purchased two different items that proved to be Chinese knock-offs, both of which didn’t perform anywhere near as well as they should, I really didn’t want to buy yet another underperforming junk item that masqueraded as the real thing. The Swiss have a reputation for top quality goods, and a Swiss made battery is well worth a little extra. You pay your money and make your choice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
