Not the right padding used to provide protection
The type of padding used is inadequate to provide any protection to the equipment. It's not the thickness that's the problem.. It's the material used to pad the bag. Plus there's no padding onthe sides.

Not as described - the padding in the supplied item is nowhere near 10mm - at best it's 5mm. this makes a big big difference in terms of protection for the expensive mixer.
