Great tasting, very versatile, good for lowering blood pressure.
This is a great product; it has a subtle slightly nutty taste that goes well with just about any food. I like to sprinkle it on my breakfast Oats, and on vegetable dishes, my wife makes a sweet out of it with peanut butter and honey, which is just delicious. I originally bought this to help me control my blood pressure, and it has really worked well for me, in conjunction with cardiovascular exercise this organic ground flaxseed has helped me record some of my lowest blood pressure readings in a long time.
