This must be the most unreliable alarm remote in the world. I got this, and about 4 others, for my neighbour, who does not have an internet connection, ever the past 2 years. The construction is cheap, the cost is high, way to high. The "button" on the circuit board is a small piece of metal held in place with sticky tape, the tape dries up and the metal moves an so the fob does not work. Yes, they get replaced under warrantee, but for a while my neighbour has no key fob to use so ends up buying another one. There are no "third party" ones available so you are stuck paying Yales extortionate price!!!!

Sometimes it works immediately, sometimes I have to give up and use the keypad. And the symbols are in any case almost impossible to read in dim light, being just indentations in the plastic. I'll have to try adding white pen to make them stand out.
