My engines running sweet
Bought this system and was excited. Flushed the oil and lumps were just dropping out of the sump! Built up gunk. Then after adding the additives fresh oil and new oil and oil filter the car is ticking over sweet. Drive feels smoother and no croakyness... The engine oil was so clean on the dip stick i could not believe it. Its still early days or else ide given 5 stars so see if the slight blue smoke stops. Siezed my engine
I had the begining of a hot start issue meaning my apex seals were starting to wear low, I had been running the car no problem for 5k miles with regular oil changes and no signs of issues, put this stuff in and 1 week later my engine is completely siezed and I now have to find a new one... A good treatment for certain faulty and poor performing engines.
It significantly reduced shuddering and exhast fumes caused by misfires. It performs OK whilst getting on with the job of trying to restore the engine's performance. If valves are defective for example then a separate different treatmrnt would be needed for that, but for what it claimes that it wouls fix by and large it got to work in those areas. Does what it says on the tin
I was sceptical at first but this stuff works well, after 50 miles I noticed a big difference in the engine (4.7ltr V8 149,000 miles), smother and quieter and no tappet noise at start up the next day. Great product
I'd had a slight oil leak on my 86K miles Honda, nothing radical, just annoying. I'd also been loosing a small amount of power steering fluid. I've done about 500 miles since putting a small amount into the power steering header and the rest into the engine. It immediately made the steering feel much lighter and the engine seemed to run more smoothly too. I've not noticed drips of oil on the driveway either, I've yet to clean the engine to see if the leaks have stopped, but already they seem to have lessened and the instructions do clearly state you should allow 1000 miles for it to stop the leaks. Amtech Engine Restorer worked for me!
This really works, my classic car had been stored for 2 years without running, when I started it the previously quiet engine had noisy tappets. I let it run for an hour or more with no improvement. I didn't want to strip the engine as there is basically nothing wrong with it, so I looked for an alternative. I saw the reviews for this Amtech restorer and thought I's give it a try. When the can arrived, I started the engine and using a funnel I poured the fluid in, barely half the tin went in and complete silence, the tappets were as before or quieter. Does what it claims
Used on my 150k miles, 19 year old Range Rover P38. It was sounding was clattery when cold and still noisy when warmed up. I used 2 400ml cans of Ametech and even after 20 miles the engines was smoother and much, much quieter. The best thing is that with each drive it gets quieter still. it really works!
