Honda Lawn Mower
Probably the best self propelled lawn mower you can buy. It is a little heavy, but it is easy to start and you can control its speed and practically can run behind it if you want to go faster. It's twin blade makes the clippings so small that you can mulch the grass and use it as nutrient to your lawn and you never have to bag the grass and empty the bag. Its good with a few flaws.
I purchased this for the dual blade system thinking it would mulch the clippings into a "finer debris".. Well it does not make the clippings anymore "fine" than my cheap wally world murray mower.. Also, my yard is small with a lot of trees, bushes, and tight spots, this mower has a tremendous amount of resistance when pulling it backwards to get out of a tight spot. I find this to be a tremendous nuisance.. Additionally , it does not make a clean first path.. Im constantly having to go back over the area to eliminate all holidays... Im not impressed.. Honda self propelled mower
Great mower. Powerful, easy to use and cuts like a dream. I have been in the construction business my whole career and years ago, Honda motors were placed on small construction equipment. Great value and easy to use
Wasn't going to buy an "import" but tried this mower several times as my neighbor let me use his. Twin blades are awesome for mulching and the bagger is simple and easy to use. Plastic wheels bad idea !!
Plastic wheels bad idea !! My yard has a slope about 3/4 of the edge of my yard and I mow it long way as they ask you to do. The problem with the wheels is that they are cheap slick plastic, they are so bad it wants to slide down the slope while you are trying to mow it :(Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice Mower
Just got this mower. Came complete even with oil for the crankcase. Starts on the first pull and runs fine. Has plenty of power for even thick tall grass. The mulching works much better than my last mower. The self pace speed control is nice and the mower can go very fast if you want a mowing workout. Honda - the best mower I have ever owned.
Bought a new Honda many years ago when I lived in the UK. It started first time, year after year. I left it with my son in law when I moved to the States and it's still going strong. Must be 15 years old and I used it when I stayed with my daughter last June. Enjoyed using it immensely so now I've bought another new Honda. The price was great, I paid in pounds for my original and it was about 400 of that currency. This new Honda was 399 dollars so it's super, much cheaper than my original one. I assembled the new machine when it was delivered ( one day earlier than promised). Put in the supplied oil and put in some petrol (gas in the US of A). Pulled the starting cord and away it went. Pushed the controls and off it went. Haven't used it to cut yet as it is too wet here at the moment but I am looking forward to using it.
