slim fast! I have 3 a day and a small meal at tea time, I do eat sweets an crisp;s but not often.
Because slimfast is working for me,, I have been them for a few years now. When the doctor said get on the scales (I ran out the Door) I had a very big shock. All I've done not have sweets and crisps but I have not lost on weight, but I know some thing is working because I have gone down a dress size since Christmas ..My stomach is starting to droop ,if you know what mean. I am not on a diet I just want to get my weight down. All you have to do is try it, all I have is the shakes, Just try it and find out your self, no drinking you would soon put that weight back on. It works even the way I do it, and I didn't buy it for dieting
I can not eat in the morning, so I have a slimfast and a cuppa. Then I'm set for the morning, I have my evening meal which is around 5pm so when I want some thing fancy you know the crisps and other things I have another slimfast.
