I’m dewalt through and through and wouldn’t buy anything else...other chippies and some merchants will tell you that the paslode is better and cycles quicker but the honest truth is, side by side, the difference is negligible...the dewalt is quieter and there is no burnt gas smell...a consideration for me, as I do listed building work, was the gas and explosion. Weight wise, they’re comparable, they seem to also be comparable on penetration...my only gripe is the magazine on the dewalt is little flimsy...mine hasn’t broken...on any of my guns but it’s a bit “Chinese” ...
