Strong, sturdy, great value.
I spent some time researching and checking reviews and prices of various work benches. Like many items these days, it can sometimes be better to spend a little more to save money in the long run. The bench was delivered as advised. Most of the bench came pre-assembled. The instructions for completing the assembly were simple and made more sense after reading through a couple of times and checking the components on the list. I am very pleased with the materials and construction of the bench. It is very sturdy with a wide base to the supporting legs. The height adjustment of the bench is great. I restore and upcycle pieces of furntiture and this is just what I was looking for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

weak build
has a good work top, got alot of adjustment for clamping work peices on, got good hight adjustment, was a little let down with the cross members that support the table thay are very tiny and week, should have paid a bit more and bought a workmate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Versatile, strong, well built and great value
It's all metal construction including the threaded slides and worktop (unlike my old workmate or more recent but short lived Draper), it is solidly built, stable and easy to assemble, the height and angle adjustments are very useful and easier on my back and the jaws open to around 400mm which is wider than anything I have purchased before plus it folds almost completely flat for easy storage I expect this workbench to last longer than me!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but not perfect
Although nicely made from good materials the workbench does have some less endearing features such as - the clamp mechanisms are left hand thread so it takes some mental adjustment to work quickly with the bench. The "Railed plastic clamps" on the surface of the benchtop are a great idea but because they are spring loaded in order to allow quick changing of clamping faces they tend to lift when pressure is applied to them causing the job being held to lift off the surface of the bench and become unstable. The "Angle adjustment" although very useful can be quite awkward to operate as you need to hold both adjuster knobs in to unlock the mechanism which means you end up moving the benchtop with yoor head or chest. The foot operated height adjustment bar needs to be pulled towards you to allow the columns to raise or lower which is quire awkward. nice piece of kit
the pics don't this item justice. It's well designed,sturdily built with quick use, 'paddle' jaw adjusters,under the one section of the bench. There's a huge amount of height adjustment,again easy to operate.It also folds for easy storage.The tilt adjustment will also allow one to read a book/newspaper whilst resting! if you're thinking of purchasing a similar product that is cheaper,think twice ,'cos this one is worth the extraVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Height adjustable work bench
This portable work bench is good value for money. It's got enough height settings for all jobs and has a much better aluminium top rails rather than cheaper mdf. The only thing that wasn't easy on assembly was putting the slides for clamping into the groves on the tops. It's proving a good buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good, all round portable work table.
Quality is pretty good. Only gripe is rear (red) brace which buckled when I inadvertently put my foot on it. Had to brace it with a batten screwed to it within the channel. It would have been better as a square section rather than a channel. Otherwise grips workpieces well and is sturdy with good height and angle adjustment. Decent value, but not perfect.
Decent value product. Perhaps not as sturdy as a B&D Workmate, but quite flexible. Couple of things don't make sense: to adjust the height or work top angle, you need both hands, which leaves none to control the movement! Otherwise, lots of adjustment for taller people, better than B&D, and hopefully will be strong enough for my purposes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
