It is good and easy to use. The heat level is quite good but you have to be sitting pretty close. The only problem is a very short flex so you would always need an extension lead however close your plug is.

It's a decent product at a fair price but soon after use one of the three arms started to drop on its own tripping the switch. It's an obvious fault. When it was working fully briefly it does keep warm the people immediately under the parasol which is what I expected and produces a nice light and glow. All in all apart from this fault on one of the three arms it's ok.
