Not NTFS file system
The file system was not NTFS. Could not get the HD to format or accept a recently purchased, new, legal Windows 10 disc. I tried to reboot with program on the HD, no go. Luckily I had my original Windows 7 reboot USB and was able be load the operating system. Afterwards, I replaced Windows 7 with Windows 10 PRO. It was a small hiccup, but I should have been able to load my OP from disc and not the Windows 7 USB.

I put in the hard drive, I reinstalled windows, and it works fine. I made the laptop I put it in for my little sister so if it doesn't work for a long time, that's fine I trust it will but she's not very careful.

Needs more effort
Shipped quickly no problem but the guy left a os on the hard drive so when i went to boot up it went to his os with all of his info. Really should have formated at least the mbr.... It was a big hassle for me
