Be patient !
I have been using this for approximately 6 months now and it is GRADUALLY working , together with daily brushing to clean off tartar of my Rough Collie's teeth. In the last couple of weeks have been able to gently scrape off crumbly tartar and there is a general improvement showing. Not sure would recommend it to others as I am not fully convinced of its value - could just as easily be the brushing that is working.
