Fairly Satisfied!
These were my first pair of this type of headset, and I must say I am quite satisfied. I did some research as to which of the LG headsets I should buy, as my first choice was the newer 900. According to those reviews, the sound quality was quite bad compared to this older version. The only thing about these that I'm not very happy with is that the sound is a little flat. Not unbearable - far from it - but, if you like a lot of depth to your sound, these won't quite do it. However, according to reviews for other similar headsets, these seem to be the best. Overall, I'm quite happy with them! They're lightweight; pretty good battery life; nice bluetooth range (I'd say about 10-feet) and very easy to use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Okay, not great
Bought these headphones for my kids to use while on a trip. They worked as they should but the design leaves something to be desired. Good headset and value for the money
Paired it with my Galaxy Note 4 and my Itouch 6 and it works well. Sound is OK, but not exceptional. Use it mostly to take calls on my phone but it is OK for music but not say Bose level quality. Battery life is good. Don't waste your money
Cheap poorly designed. Very short Bluetooth range....meaning in you go more then 8 to 10 feet from your phone it disconnects. Sound quality during calls sounds very hollow like you talking through a tunnel and some parts of the call sound sound like static. The charge never even lasted the whole day..like turned it on at 7am and it was dead before noon when fully charged. Easy to pair and the controls worked well. Not good, not bad. Just alright.
The neck piece is really flimsy (I was under the impression that it was a solid piece), the magnets don't hold very well and the mic isn't very powerful (I have a booming voice and people complain that the cannot hear me), but it's good as a earphone replacement for music and podcasts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

My 3rd pair
I keep leaving them at the pool and they're GONE. But I keep ordering the same model# because I'm very happy with them. I prefer these, with the wires on the outside, over the newer models with the pullout wires on the inside because I know that pulling on the wires constantly will cause stress and shorts in the wiring over time. These are very stress-free. I am also very happy with the battery life being a SERIOUSLY long time. I use them frequently and it takes forever for the battery to run down. Better than the newer model
I have an LG HBS900 also. It is not well designed like the 730. I rate the 730 well above the newer 900. The retractable earpieces on the 900 was a poor idea. Not the best
This headset works great and is easy to use. Unfortunately, for me, it has several key drawbacks that will make me look for another headset. Poor charger quality
The actual headset itself has work pretty good so far. I actually bought 3 of them for myself and family members and two out of the 3 chargers went out really quick and of course it was after the return date was up. I'm just waiting to see when the third one goes out. although it has the same charging port as my samsung cell phone it would not charge the headset.
