Cleansing and effective.
I've been using Molkosan to keep my digestive system healthy for a few years now, since a particularly nasty bug upset it. It's cleansing and effective, especially when combined with Vogel's uva ursi. The combination works wonders on UTIs too. Search around for a good price in order to make sure that you get good value for money.
