I found it difficult to do the actual diet,probs coz I'm a sxxt cook. You do need to buy supplements if you are serious about doing it.As it stands,I am doing the 16 hour fast daily then doing a low fat/carb diet.I find this quite easy. I havent lost weight yet but feel a difference in my clothes. I'm in my 50s so find it difficult to lose weight. I track my calories daily and use an excercise bike.This is my 2nd week .
