Good Book - made me keep thinking about it long after I’d finished reading it
I bought this book as I was going on holiday and needed something fictitious, an easy read and a good storyline to get into and this book was all the above. The author even added some interesting thoughts at the end which made me think about this book long after I’d finished reading it. The first few chapters had me emotionally invested in the characters so right from the beginning I was hooked. I thought I’d figured out the secret mid way through the book but I was so off the mark, that when the actual story unfolded I was happy to be proven wrong. A beautiful love story, told backwards. It highlights how much has changed over the last 50yrs and how much more accepting we are as a society....well, almost!!

Wth????!!!!! I did not see that coming!
I waded slowly through the first few chapters and then suddenly I was hooked. A great read. Fascinating actually. As for the big secret? Well I never saw that coming. I wanted to say it was 4.5 stars because it was unexpectedly, really VERY good.

Loved this book
Have recommended this book to friends because the love story is very moving. I don’t usually like stories told backwards but the hidden truths are revealed slowly and it is a brilliant read.

Bit boring
I’m sticking with it as my friends has told me to persevere, but I wonder if it’s just the wrong age audience for m, it is about a couple more closer to retirement age where as I am in my 40s so perhaps not ready to get my head around such worries myself at the moment.
