a cute little kids show ( and all 13 episodes )
this was a short lived little kids show from the 80's mostly aimed at little girls ( but some boys did watch it to and just said they did not ) it was cute a little girl is asked to save another land that has been made dark and gloomy she makes friends with a small little living fur ball with arms and legs and a talking horse and together they find a magic belt and use it to free the land from evil bringing back color and joy and then with the kids that live there and a lot more of the living fur balls they work together to bring color to the real world by mining the magic color crystals and using the magic belt to spread it over the earth the girl becomes known as rainbow bright she is brave and kind and helpful and flies by riding her horse over magic rainbows ( really ) besides working with and helping her friends in now known as rainbow land she makes friends with a boy on earth who joins her on some of her adventures most of which involve stopping this evil little Scientist and his really dumb sidekick from getting rid of all the color in the world and turning every one in to his slaves with his gloom gas these story's are all classic good beating evil and adventures the animation is still very good i think it has aged well and the voice cast is great the girl who plays rainbow is great and all the rest of the cast do a great job to most likely best for kids (mainly girls but not to hard for boys to watch as well ) around the ages of 3 to 8 i hope you will enjoy them this set is great as it finally has all 13 episodes in it i have got others before of this series and they were missing a few episodes but they are all here only problem is they are out of order the first 3 episodes are all on the last disc so make sure when you watch them you start with disc 3 then discs 1 and 2 oh also there was a rainbow bright movie made as well called rainbow bright and the star stealer it is not in this set and some of the episodes take place after it but even if you have not seen it they are not hard to followVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
