Had seen Davins DVDs before but always lose focus like so many other DVDs. This one is intence but fun. Davins sence of humour makes the time go quick. A warning tho, if your not used to a new start in exercise, then take it one set at a time.

I really like this dvd gives a good work out quite varied from gentle to a more vigorous exercise, it's a shame Davina is a bit annoying trying to pretend she is a beginner and pretending to be worn out, but now I turn the sound down and put Kisstory on!! Still a good dvd.

This is one of my favourite DVDs by Davina. I love that each workout is only 15 mins. I found after 2 weeks my fitness had greatly improved enabling me to do 2 workouts back to back. Would definitely recommend.
