Mastered for vinyl and lacquers created by Kevin Gray, Cohearent Audio Gatefold Jacket with 11x11 insert. Limited red colored vinyl LP pressing housed in a gatefold sleeve. Take Off Your Pants and Jacket is the fourth studio album by the American pop punk band Blink-182. Produced by Jerry Finn, the album was released on June 12, 2001, through MCA Records. The band had spent much of the previous year traveling and supporting the album Enema of the State (1999), which launched the band's mainstream career. The title is a tongue-in-cheek pun on male masturbation ("take off your pants and jack it"). The cover art has icons for each member of the trio: an airplane ("take off"), a pair of pants and a jacket. The album was primarily recorded over three months at Signature Sound in San Diego. Du.

Reviews3 stars out of 5 - "...Spices regulation teen angst with back-of-the-classroom toilet humor....containing some very good pop songs...", 4 out of 5 stars - "...Improving on their last album...they keep everything light, fast and punchy....They're rock & roll boys who aren't scared to sing for and about rock & roll girls....baring their painfully adolescent fragility and confusion without playing coy...", "With themes including teenage love, parties and issues that have followed them into adulthood, blink-182 didn’t fail to be lyrically unapologetic on this catchy classic."
