A must-read for people with EDS
There is an incredible compilation of information in the book which I think people with EDS (or related issuses) should read. There is validation for the pain and the myiad of other problems and good resources for PT and other supportive treatment options. I'm blessed in that I don't have the most severe problems that so many people suffer, but I found this book helpful in dealing with the issues I do have.
