    A top quality rapid epoxy in easy to use, no-mess bottles.

    Devcon 5 minute epoxy in a pair of 125ml bottles is a lot more convenient and much better value than tubes or syringes which leak and get messy. I drilled a 2mm hole in the top of each spout rather than cutting them off. This allows a thin bead of each part before to be dispensed, allowing accurate assessment of the relative quantities for accurate mixing and the strongest possible joint. I tend to put the epoxy and hardener on to the faces to be bonded and mix them there, avoiding waste. Having been using a variety of other epoxies recently, I was impressed how Devcon 5 minute really did set quickly and hard, rather than staying rubbery for ages like a lot of other 5 minute epoxies. A bit of gentle heat from a hot air gun or hair drier reduces the viscosity and wets it out across the surface nicely. All in all, Devcon DV20945 5 minute is easy to use, with minimal mess, and gives an excellent bond.

    The Glue for You

    I've been building radio-controlled aircraft for a great many years and I've been using Devcon Epoxy for a great many years. Excellent adhesive qualities and strength and resistant to chemical attack. Bonds to most substances, wouldn't be without it...

    It’s glue!

    Useful for holding stuff quickly. Not as strong as the slow curing ones but all epoxy is like that. Devon 5 minute is nearly as strong as Araldite 2 hour, pretty good for such a fast epoxy. Get your quantities very equal or it takes longer to cure.

    Does what it says on the box

    Its turning out to be the first adhesive I go to when needed. Stays workable for 4 or 5 minutes. When it starts forming a skin you know its starting to set and time is running out. After that it quickly sets.
