Main eco combi 30 HE
Had all the boiler to bits as flames were going on and off and water was warm and cold. Anyway lots scale in parts cleaned including heat exchanger. Still same so new thermistor fixed the problem straightaway. However, I thought I’d change the filter too although I thought my old was ok. The fault was more with the thermistor. Not Fit for purpose
Sold as a fitable product, but by the time you got the old one out to fit the new one it wouldn't work due to the problems of getting the old one out, don't get this product for your boiler.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

They do not work
Tried one and it put the boiler into fault, more worrying is that the magnet stuck and so the boiler ran until it went out on overheat. I managed to get an original flow switch and the boiler is now sorted.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
