Good value bite guards.
The bite guards seem to work well, they fit comfortably and don't want to come loose. But I noticed when I placed it into boiling water, as instructions, the guard shrank a lot so now it doesn't cover my back most teeth. It would have been better if it had reached the back. I could try the extra large but I think that would be too wide. I will persevere with them, they are a lot cheaper than going to the dentist.

Great for the price
Great for the price. Not perfect, as it took a while to get used to them compared to the mouth guard I got in Turkey. But I'm happy with the mouth guard now and there's also 4 for that price. Happy days :)

Good value sleep mouth guard
Bought these to try & prevent jaw clenching at night & the pack is good value with 4 mouthpieces in it. The instructions were easy to follow & having tried one out it did produce a usable mouth guard, though I think it will take a bit more practice to create the perfect impression. Would definitely buy again.

Size??
I picked the large size because being a adult thought this was the correct size. Unfortunately I trimmed down but still too wide in the gum region. So wish there would be more info on the size issue.

hard to use
it was hard to fit, i followed the instructions and found it too soft, the regular size was a bit small and the large too large, i am sure the quality was good i just found it hard to use
