Sticks LEDs encapsulated in resin onto plastic, and sticks heat-shrink sleeving onto plywood. So far, I haven't found anything it won't stick. Excellent bond. Very potent on skin - spillage forms a hard crust and you have to wait a few days for your skin to shed its outer surface.
